Leasing
We have a comprehensive lease that includes everything from damage and late fees to lawn care. When needed, we also handle the entire eviction process from beginning to end.

Maintenance
We use licensed and bonded contractors who do quality work in the event of any
required repairs.

We only charge for the cost of repairs. We do not include a service charge in addition to the cost of the repairs.

Our prompt response reduces damage to the property, promotes long term tenants, and reduces repair costs. When problems arise we are quick to respond and work to resolve the issues.

Management Fee
Property Management made simple, 6% of gross rents is the total fee charged. No hidden fees.

We do not receive a management fee unless your unit is leased.
